Ali Fariady has completed his degree in Bachelor of Health Sciences, specialising in Podiatry at the Auckland University of Technology and is a registered Podiatrist with Podiatrist Board of New Zealand. Prior to Studying at AUT, Ali has completed a BHSc. major in Anatomy and physiology from University of Otago, Dunedin.
A keen interest and passion in a medical career has encouraged Ali to choose podiatry as a profession. Ali has experience in all fields of podiatry with particular interest in sports podiatry, Injury management, Podiatric minor surgeries and diabetic foot assessment and management. Moreover, a solid background in anatomy and physiology has enhanced Ali’s understanding of the function and dynamics of entire body and therefore can diagnose the root cause of the problems in lower limbs and treat them accordingly.
Ali is confident and passionate about helping clients achieve the best possible outcomes for their lower limb problems. In addition, Ali also has a great interest in playing cricket. In his free time, Ali enjoys playing cricket, swimming and spending time with his wife and daughter.
Norwest podiatry is located within a Multidisciplinary clinic with other health professionals in the same building. Because we know, It is important to take a holistic approach and treat not only the injury but the individual as a whole to achieve the best possible outcome in collaboration with a team of specialists i.e. physio, chiropractor and Doctors.
